We are a philanthropic, not-for-profit organisation, and as such provide FREE unlimited lifetime A+ technical support with every computer sold.
We also provide free technical support to new customers wanting a quick answer to solve some technical issue or dilemma. You may obtain this support through email, online form submission, telephone, or in person at our Northam office. We do, however, have to charge for all other work:

Half hour labour: $55.

1 hour labour: $110. (and $80. for second hour and every hour afterwards)

Travel cost: .40c per kilometre

HDV film work, from Camera to DVD or streaming, $1200. per hour

Clean installation of Windows and drivers: $110.

Data recovery from crashed hard disk: $220. per incident

 If your computer-related problem takes less than 3 minutes to fix, we do not charge you for the service, Instead, we ask that you pass some good will onto someone else in your life.
