Please quote your ID and Password when speaking with our support technician. Our technician will then remotely connect to your computer, and explain to you the steps taken in diagnosing and fixing any computer problems you might be experiencing.
Of course, you must have an active internet connection for this to work. (If your internet is not working, then you may have to switch off your ADSL modem, wait 5 minutes before again turning on your modem. If your interent connection still fails, please call your internet service provider, such as Bigpond, iiNet, or Westnet, for example).
Teamviewer 10 remote support works well with ADSL, NBN, Cable and NextG connections locally, interstate or overseas. Please understand that satellite users often experience high degrees of latency, and this may limit a good working remote support connection.
